Standards
Central to our approach are the International Multidisciplinary Change Management (IMCM®) reference framework and the project management standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
IMCM®, short for International Multidisciplinary Change Management, is a change management standard that uses practical strategies to help you successfully implement any type of change for the long term.
amontis is an accredited training organization for delivering and certifying the International Multidisciplinary Change Management (IMCM®) program.
PMI® stands for the Project Management Institute, a leading global institution in project management. With over 2.9 million members since its foundation in 1969, PMI® sets standards through pioneering certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP®).
In the “PMBOK® Guide”, the Project Management Body of Knowledge, the PMI® has been collecting best practices in project management and making them available since the beginning. The standard has been repeatedly revised over the years and enriched with new findings, such as agile topics.
amontis has been an R.E.P. (Registered Education Provider) accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) for two decades and has also been involved in the board of the PMI® Frankfurt Chapter for many years. Since January 2021, the PMI® has introduced a new concept called A.T.P. (Associated Training Partner). amontis continues to be an active part of the community.
